Good Afternoon!

Hope this finds everyone safe and well. This is a challenging time for our industry in so many ways. Freight levels are down. Many of us are working from home or in an office with a skeleton staff. Driver safety has taken on a whole new level of concern.

However, transportation and logistics are what is keeping the economy alive right now. The containers that you are carrying are essential right now and as the country gets back to normal.

The TMTA has been instrumental in improving the driver experience at PMT, VIG and NIT. Although this is more challenging during this quarantine, we can’t lose ground on these efforts. We have noticed some disturbing trends of late and we would like to intervene before they become standards. Your contribution is required!

We want to encourage everyone to use the TRAC (Truckers Reporting Adverse Conditions) system on

When you log an event on TRAC, each of the TMTA Board of Directors receive an email with the data. This data is reviewed and collected daily! As trends develop, the Pier Committee can address them with port executives. This method is effective.

This service is available to paid TMTA members only. If you have not paid your membership yet, you can do that on our website as well!
