Saturday Gate Hours Conclude on June 5 / Extended Gates Continue, Monday – Friday
Port Partners,

An online version of this message can be found here: Saturday Gate Hours Conclude on June 5 / Extended Gates Continue, Monday – Friday

During the first five months of calendar year 2021, our collective efforts contributed to record cargo volumes for the port. You and your companies continue to play key roles in helping to overcome the challenges of the pandemic.

In response to increased commercial activity, we began offering extended weekday gate hours on April 19, with limited Saturday gate hours beginning on May 1. We appreciate the support and patronage demonstrated by the trucking community over the last six weeks.

Please be advised of the following:

• The final Saturday gates will be offered on June 5, as per our original announcement
o As of June 6, the Saturday gate program will conclude
• Our expanded weekday gate hours remain in place, until further notice
o Details regarding weekday gate hours can be found here: Extending Truck Gate Hours – Effective April 19

Our operations, sales and analytics teams continually review commercial performance and forecasts, ensuring that gate hour capacity aligns with customer demand.
