Subject: Post-Peak Season Operating Hours – Effective November 16, 2016

As the 2016 peak season draws to a close, we want to thank you, our valued customers, for your continued support. Frequent communication and collaboration enabled all stakeholders, including the port, to achieve their collective goals for freight movement and accessibility during the 2016 peak season.

As this season successfully concludes, The Port of Virginia is pleased to announce the following truck gate operating hours:

Effective November 16, 2016 and continuing until further notice

Norfolk International Terminals (NIT)

Virginia International Gateway (VIG)

Pinners Point Container Yard (PPCY)

Truck gate operating hours at all other Port of Virginia terminals remain unchanged. For a detailed explanation of terminal hours, services and cutoffs, please visit the Port of Virginia Facilities page and select an individual terminal.

Sincere thanks to all customers and partners for your collaboration in executing a successful peak season plan. We appreciate your support and we look forward to another productive year in 2017.
