As you know, we are preparing for a major milestone at Virginia International Gateway with the deployment of the Navis N4 terminal operating system (TOS): Navis N4 Rollout at Virginia International Gateway

As we prepare to execute the N4 deployment on Friday night, May 11, and throughout the weekend of May 12 – 13, please be advised of the following operational considerations (changes highlighted in red):

• Thursday evening, May 10
o VIG’s truck gate portal will CLOSE at 1730 hours
o HARD STOP for all truck services at 1900 hours
• Friday, May 11
o VIG’s truck gates OPEN at 0000 hours (midnight)
o Truck gate portal will CLOSE at 1630 hours
o HARD STOP for all truck services at 1800 hours
• Saturday, May 12
o VIG’s truck gate portal will OPEN at 0700 hours
o Truck gate portal will CLOSE at 1100 hours – hard stop at 1200 hours
• Sunday, May 13
o VIG’s truck gates remains CLOSED, as per the standard operating plan
• Monday, May 14
o VIG’s truck gates OPEN at 0700 hours – one day only
o Truck gate portal will CLOSE at 2000 hours – hard stop at 2100 hours
