Good afternoon,

If you have picked up an onhire for MSC on a co-op chassis in the past couple months, you may get a bill for chassis usage. HRCP has advised that Mid-Atlantic and ConGlobal are not valid stop/start locations from which they receive EDI.

They have requested we use a specific spreadsheet format for any charges involving an MSC onhire that should be disputed. Please contact me for a copy of the report to be used. Once filled in you can send to me to confirm the disputes which I will then forward that to HRCP advising them to cancel the charge from your account and rebill MSC.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Best Regards,

Jennifer Shelton
Equipment and Intermodal Manager
