RE: MSC 40 DV and 40 HC Onhires
**updated pick up numbers and volume left**

As most of you know we are dispatching 40 DV and 40 HC general boxes from ConGlobal and Mid-Atlantic this week and likely next. This order comes from our headquarter office in GVA, so we are trying to comply as smoothly as possible.

Because the depots are only open 8 AM to 4 PM….the PY will release general boxes prior to 8 AM and after 4 PM. Between the  hours of 8 AM and 4 PM boxes are to be picked up at ConGlobal or Mid-Atlantic. The only empties that will be released between 8 AM and 4 PM from the PY are steam cleaned boxes for which customers have arranged, paid, and their booking is graded accordingly.

The release numbers are listed below.  For the best results please ensure that your drivers have this complete list. The depot may tell them that they cannot get to any more boxes on a certain release number as has been the case as of late. And in that situation they can use any other release number on the list.

Please e-mail me as soon as possible with the container number you have picked up and the pickup number on which is was released. That will ensure that the container number is entered into the terminal system prior to your driver turning in the loaded box and avoid any delays.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time. MSC GVA has not onhired boxes in this manner since 2014 which some of you may remember and were most helpful during that period. As soon as these onhires are cleared out we will resume our normal operations.
