HREW Office Closing for Two Business Days

The HREW office will be closed on Friday (August 11th) and Monday (August 14th) due to construction. We are completely re-gutting our offices and we will not be operable until Tuesday, August 15th. The office will NOT have access to any computers or electronics and will not be able to process releases, arrive containers, etc. We will do our best to process as much as we can through Thursday evening to allow containers to depart during this time.

Please note that the warehouse will be open and CBP will be conducting business as usual on Friday and Monday (Aug. 11th & 14th).

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
