Effective immediately, the dispute process for Option 2 billing will no longer process street turns from motor carriers to ship lines and vice versa. We ask that the motor carrier or ship line, that is the bill to party for the activity associated with gate out, seek reimbursement from the party who is deemed responsible for the return leg of the trip.

Please also note that HRCP is moving forward with implementation of street-turn functionality allowing motor carriers to easily exchange chassis between themselves when a ship line and related questions of billing liability are not involved.
