Early this morning, we experienced an IT issue at our Virginia International Gateway (VIG) terminal in Portsmouth that resulted in the closure of our truck gates. As of 2:00 p.m., our truck gates remain closed and intra-terminal work is limited, to allow our team to focus on restoring service levels later today.

We recognize the inconvenience of this service disruption. Therefore, any available loaded container with a “terminal last free day” on June 8, 2016, will be extended one additional free day, to the account of the ocean carrier.

We apologize for this unexpected disruption and we appreciate your flexibility as we strive to restore efficient service.
