2020 Trucking Industry Driver Compensation & Benefits Strategies Survey
Deadline Extended to Friday, March 13!

Last year, the Virginia Trucking Association launched a partnership with Cottingham & Butler to conduct an annual Driver Compensation & Benefits Benchmark Survey.   For more than 10 years, Cottingham & Butler has been offering a high-quality trucking pay and benefits survey to provide industry benchmarks on benefits programs offered, health plan design, average employee contributions, cost containment strategies, wellness programs and more. Any motor carrier is welcome to participate in this free survey. All participants will receive a copy of the full national trucking benchmark report.

As a special benefit, VTA members will be able to access an Exclusive Virginia Motor Carriers report that will show benchmarks for Virginia motor carriers only. We must have enough Virginia carriers respond to the survey in order to produce a Virginia-specific report, so please support this valuable member benefit by taking 15 to 20 minutes to complete the survey! The deadline has been extended to Friday, March 13, 2020, so please complete the survey today!

We need about a dozen more responses to meet the minimum of 30 responses needed to produce a viable, Virginia-specific report. We think this data will be a valuable benefit for VTA members so please submit your survey today!
