Effective April 1, 2017, APL will be changing its chassis model for APL controlled drays (Carrier Haulage) for all supply points supported by HRCP.  Under the new chassis agreement with CMA and APL, HRCP will invoice CMA Equipment directly for the on-street chassis usage days. You will no longer be invoiced by HRCP for that usage and subsequently be reimbursed by APL through the CRMS processes.

All drays initiated prior to April 1, 2017 will be managed as they are today through CRMS. All drays initiated on or after April 1, 2017 will be managed under this new chassis model.

Those drays initiated (out-gate) prior to April 1, 2017 and closed (in-gate to start-stop facility) ON OR AFTER 4/1/17 will be invoiced to you by HRCP for ALL usage days in that total cycle in their March and April billing cycles. As is presently done, all of those days will be reimbursed to you by APL through CRMS. All requests for reimbursement in CRMS for such qualified moves MUST be submitted by May 15, 2017.

This follows our transition to direct billing between TRAC and APL effective on January 1, 2017, announced this past December.  You should not receive any chassis use invoices from TRAC for any usage days for APL carrier haulage drays after January 31, 2017, or for any APL CH drays initiated beginning January 1, 2017.
